About Us
Brian
Owner/General Manager
Brian has been in the construction and renovation industry for 30 years. The majority of his career has been in construction management – supervising the construction of single family homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial buildings and development. He’s worked for a few great companies over the years, and now runs his own. Brian enjoys both the challenges and the many blessings of running BriWi Construction. He feels especially blessed to have two of his daughters as part of his team.
“Bringing together a client’s vision with multiple complex phases and layers is what keeps my blood pumping”, says Brian. It’s a rush he thoroughly enjoys.
He believes that developing relationships with clients is essential. “I want to be the one my clients call back for their next project. This is extremely important to me – and it’s working! After only 5 years since we started, at least one-third of our current work is with repeat clients.”, says Brian.
Outside of work he enjoys mountain biking and singing in a band.

Lead Trim Carpenter
She has an excellent eye for detail and envisioning the end project to make sure our clients get the best result possible. Outside of work she enjoys crafting projects at home. She has 3 energetic children who love to help with anything and everything!
Bekka
Office Manager
Among other important roles, she serves as our Office Manager and Selections Coordinator. She keeps the office side of things running smoothly and efficiently. Helping clients with design is something she truly enjoys. Outside of work she enjoys reading, hiking and spending the day in the sun as long as it is close to a body of water.

Lead Tile Setter
He pays great attention to detail and thinks through every part of the tile installation. He makes sure our clients fully understand and are happy with the end result. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, bass fishing and learning about history.
