About Us

Brian

Owner/General Manager

Brian has been in the construction and renovation industry for 30 years. The majority of his career has been in construction management – supervising the construction of single family homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial buildings and development. He’s worked for a few great companies over the years, and now runs his own. Brian enjoys both the challenges and the many blessings of running BriWi Construction. He feels especially blessed to have two of his daughters as part of his team.

“Bringing together a client’s vision with multiple complex phases and layers is what keeps my blood pumping”, says Brian. It’s a rush he thoroughly enjoys.

He believes that developing relationships with clients is essential. “I want to be the one my clients call back for their next project. This is extremely important to me – and it’s working! After only 5 years since we started, at least one-third of our current work is with repeat clients.”, says Brian.

Outside of work he enjoys mountain biking and singing in a band.

Sarah

Sales and Estimating

She has an excellent eye for detail and envisioning the end project to make sure our clients get the best result possible. Outside of work she enjoys crafting projects at home. She has 3 energetic children who love to help with anything and everything!

Bekka

Office Manager

Among other important roles, she serves as our Office Manager and Selections Coordinator. She keeps the office side of things running smoothly and efficiently. Helping clients with design is something she truly enjoys. Outside of work she enjoys reading, hiking and spending the day in the sun as long as it is close to a body of water.

Dave

Project Manager

Dave began his career in residential construction in the spring of 1985, working for a Northern Kentucky custom home builder, where over the next eight years he gained hands-on experience in all phases of home construction, from positioning a house on a lot to installing the final doorknob. In 1993, David became a crew leader for a framing subcontractor, framing custom homes throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, and later served as a framing supervisor for a Cincinnati-based lumber company. In April 1997, he co-founded Distinct Construction, where he draws on his extensive experience to help transform houses into homes.

Corbin

Project Manager

He oversees the day-to-day operations of remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. He coordinates crews, subcontractors, materials, permits, and project schedules while communicating regularly with homeowners and the office team. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, bass fishing and learning about history.

Cathy

Selections Coordinator

Cathy has been in the interior design industry for over a decade. She began her career working under a prominent designer in the Northern Kentucky area. From there she continued to grow her experience in her role as the selections coordinator for a custom home builder in the tristate area where she remained for seven years and earned the Homefest People’s Choice Award. Her favorite part of the job is working alongside clients to help them transform their spaces beyond their expectations. When Cathy isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her four daughters and husband, usually on a soccer field or tennis court.

This remodel increased our usable living room space and was much appreciated.  They are an excellent, hardworking, friendly team that does quality work with great communication. BriWi, and all subcontractors involved, were professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job. The fence is made of high-quality materials. The brick columns are especially beautiful, as Brian took the time to ensure he found as close a match as possible to the brick used on the house.
